 He wanted his OC, Victor, to be drawn and so here he is. I did this as close as the description given to me. He's a product of an experiment and his natural abilities are enhanced. He is emotionless... feels nothing. Neither happy nor sad... just is. He's in a jacket and jeans combo to blend in with the locals. The symbol on his jacket? I was just mucking about with a design.  Sry I was lazy on the bg... perhaps I shall give it one later. ~mad-man-aka-joshua-p - I hope this is what you wanted/envisioned... if not feel free to let me know so I can make the changes. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
