It took me all day today but I finally did this one. I hope its ok. Its ~k8y411's OC character. I did one previously- [link]
Her OC uses the power of lightning so she has a scepter to wield her mystical heavenly power.
I used various references but my main inspiration was "Oh my Goddess" (or is it Ah My Goddess?).
Anyway I liked how the wings turned out, I've been really crap at wings so I'm happy how this one turned out.
